Yuval Civilian Explosive Ltd. was founded in 2015 with the objective of changing the civil explosives industry in Israel. The venture was founded with the objective of making a change so that every person who needs civil explosives would have a selection.
The company was founded by Idan Ashkenazi, an explosives expert by training, who has extensive experience in civil engineering. He has worked in explosives for numerous companies, including Sapir Civil and Marine Engineering Ltd., Readymix (Israel) Ltd., Hanson (Israel) Ltd., Mordechai Binyamin and Sons Earthworks (1993) Ltd., Negev Industrial Minerals Ltd., and Electra Hasharon Excavations Ltd.
In his work, Idan has overseen thousands of explosions for all types of operations: quarrying, infrastructure and development, tunneling, building implosion, construction, and more.
